Sanford Fargo Hospice offers hospice services including emotional support, counseling, pain relief, symptom management and more. You are able to receive hospice care from home, in an assisted living facility, long-term care facility or the Sanford Fargo Hospice House. At Sanford Fargo Hospice, you are able to partner with physicians, nurses and the rest of the care team who will be with you every step of the way.
The Sanford Fargo Hospice care team includes:
Chaplains: Provision of spiritual and pastoral care for individuals and families.
Home health aides: Provision of services in homes to assist with daily living activities.

Registered nurses: Provision of hands-on patient care.
Social workers: Social workers support families and individuals and help them cope with difficult and stressful situations.
