Dakota at Home provides free objective information, referral, and assistance to individuals regardless of age, disability, income, or resources. Our trained staff will help identify the public and private long-term services and supports you need to continue living at home in your South Dakota community.

Dakota at Home operational hours are M-F 8-5 Central time, excluding state holidays. Voicemail and online referrals are accessible 24/7. Dakota at Home is a service of the South Dakota Department of Human Services.
