Description:
The SUD Voucher program provides support to individuals in need of substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. The program allows for individual to choose provider and have access to quality services. To be eligible to receive services, you must reside in North Dakota, be 14 years of age or older, have an annual income no greater than 200% of federal poverty guidelines and lack resources to cover treatment costs. The services that are covered include, screening, assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, room & board, peer support/recovery coaching, urine analysis, transportation and methadone maintenance.
