Dak-Minn Driving and Home Evaluations provides Comprehensive Driving Evaluations to individuals that are experiencing a change in their medical status due to a variety Comprehensive of issues. It may be a progressive disease such as Dementia, Parkinson's, or Multiple Sclerosis, or simply the Aging process. It may be something more traumatic such as Stroke, Amputation or Head Injury. They provide occupational therapy with a focus on driving rehabilitation.

The goal of Dak-Minn driving is to help the physician or family determine a person's fitness to either continue to drive or to return to driving safely.

Our comprehensive driving examination evaluates cognition, vision, reaction time, strength, movement, sensation and coordination. If the exmination is passed, a behind the wheel evaluation is conducted in a rehab vehicle. Recommendations are made at the completion of the evaluation.
