The Moderate Rehabilitation (Mod Rehab) Program provides rental assistance to qualified people who agree to live in specified housing locations. The Mortgage Loan Programs offer below market interest rate loans, and down payment and closing cost assistance to low to moderate income homebuyers including first-time homebuyers, the elderly, disabled, and single parent households. The Rehab Accessibility Program (RAP) offers grant dollars for the renovation of properties occupied by lower income North Dakotans with physical disabilities. The assistance provided enables the qualifying tenants or homeowners to remove barriers and turn a house into an accessible and comfortable home.
