All Embracing Home Care provides in-home care services that can help prolong independent living. Our interactive caregiving approach transforms day-to-day caregiving into opportunities for meaningful interactions. Personal cares include: Grooming, and Hygiene; Transferring and Positioning; Mobility Assistance; Nutrition; and Toileting and Incontinence Care. We offer companion care services of friendly company, conversation and mealtime companionship and other companionship services including: Grocery Shopping & Errands, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Grooming Guidance, and Laundry. We provide personalized care plan services for individuals with Special Needs which include: Residential Habilitation, Independent Habilitation, Family Support Services, Individual Employment Supports, Extended Home Health Care Services. We also provide services through Veterans Affairs (VA), so Veterans can receive in home care support and have it covered by the VA.
