Home Therapy Solutions LLC offers skilled physical and occupational therapy in the home. Home Therapy Solutions is a mobile outpatient therapy clinic providing services to adults in their own home so they do not need to travel to an outpatient clinic. The client does not need to be home bound, it is not home healthcare services under Medicare Part A. Insurances taken include: Medicare Part B, Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND, ND Sanford Health. Home Safety Assessments & Home Modification Recommendations: therapist on staff is a Certified Aging in Place Professional and a Senior Home Safety Specialist.
Dementia Care: Therapist on staff provides the Skills2Care program which is designed specifically for caregivers of clients with dementia.
Parkinson's Disease Treatment. Therapist on staff is a Parkinson's Wellness Recovery Moves certified therapist and Parkinson's Fitness Program Certified instructor (Ohio Health) and LSVT Big program.
Orthopedic rehabilitation, rehabilitation following stroke and other neurological impairments; fall prevention and management; lympedema/edema management; gait/transfer/mobility training, balance and posture rehabilitation, transition planning services, caregiver training.
