Description:
This program provides maintenance home health care. Services offered include, but are not limited to: medication set up, injections, INR, education, cardiac assessment and foot care. Custer Health also offers flu shots, immunizations, blood pressure checks, and other health maintenance services. Programs addressing Environmental Health are also offered through the Mandan office.
