It provides adult companionship, taking clients to appointments, assisting with home exercise programs, grocery shopping, meal (including freezer meals) preparation, light cleaning and deep spring cleaning including woodwork and cupboards, minor repairs, touching up paint, organizing, decluttering, house sitting, caring for houseplants/yard/garden, packing up a home for a move or after a loved one has passed and helping you prepare for a special event in your home.
