Northland Apartments is an accessible, affordable apartment building that provides the privacy and comfort of home for individuals with physical disabilities, mobility impairments and/or brain injuries. Qualifying households pay rent based on 30% of household monthly income and rent includes heat, water, trash and snow removal. Income limits apply, but no minimum income is required to qualify. Seniors who use a cane or walker, or have visual or hearing impairments are also encouraged to apply. Waiting list is short -- apartments may be available immediately.
