AARP Tax-Aide, an AARP Foundation program, helps low- to moderate-income taxpayers have more discretionary income for everyday essentials, such as food and housing, by assisting with tax services and ensuring they receive applicable tax credits and deductions. AARP Tax-Aide is available free to taxpayers with low and moderate income, with special attention to those 60 and older.
AARP Tax Aide sites are operational from February 1 to April 15 each year. To find the site closest to your home, visit www.aarp.org/nd or call 1-888-AARPNOW or go to www.aarp.org/taxaide. Tax counseling is available year round on the AARP website.
