Quality Health Associates of North Dakota (formerly North Dakota Health Care Review - NDHCRI) serves as an advocate for Medicare consumers providing assistance on questions concerning the quality of health care received in North Dakota's patient system. The agency helps the Medicare patient and/or family member appeal a hospital discharge if the patient does not feel medically ready to go home.
