The Department of Motor Vehicle is a division of the North Dakota Department of Transportation. It covers: titling and registration of vehicles, license plate renewals, mobility impaired parking permits, and motor carriers.
You can renew your vehicle registration on line at https://secure.apps.state.nd.us/dot/mv/mvrenewal/renewal.htm. This is for renewal only. New vehicles cannot be registered on line.
