On-Demand Transportation Services are provided for all residents of Towner County without regard to age, race, sex or handicap. The Cando City Bus operates M-F from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm excluding holidays. Fare is $1 each way. The number for the City Bus is (701) 303-0061.

Vehicles are handicap accessible and are equipped with either a ramp or lift.
Meals On Wheels are available for Cando residents over the age of 60.
The Can-Do Senior Citizens club is a member of the Towner County Council on Aging. The club meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday at the Masonic Lodge Center in Cando. The club hosts a variety of programs and social activities each year. Membership is open to ages 55 and older.
