Description:
Early Head Start is a free preschool program for children whose parents meet the federal income guidelines. Children ages 3 and 4 receive comprehensive services in the areas of health, education, social services and parent involvement.
Head Start serves Adams, Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Slope, and Stark Counties through a Dickinson Center Base, Hettinger County Center Base, and full day/full year program service options.
