Provides in-home nursing services. Health education on a variety of topics available to individuals or groups. Provides health screenings and health maintenance services to residents of Nelson and Griggs Counties. Provides limited nutrition counseling and services.
Nelson/Griggs also has walkers, wheelchairs, commodes and metal crutches available for loan. Consumers can borrow items by contacting the office during office hours, completing an information sheet, and then picking up and returning the item to the office.
Flu shots available at sites throughout Nelson and Griggs Counties. Shots are available at some Senior Centers and other community sites. Call for a location.
