The TCU has been developed to provide care and rehabilitation to prepare patients for a return to life either at home or at a long term care facility.
The Transitional Care Unit is located on the 4th floor of the Medical Center and consists of 19 private rooms. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
