Description:
Provides immunizations, well-child screenings, school health programs, WIC, high-risk newborn referrals and newborn home visit program. Also provides various services to patients of all ages, including basic home health visit nursing care.
Sargent County also has one wheel chair which can be loaned for a short-term period of two weeks. Consumers must stop at the office and sign a release of liability.
The WIC Program is administered by Sargent County District Health Unit. The program is open on Mondays from 8:00 - 5:00. Public Health staff is available to take messages and answer questions at other times.
