NCHA’s mission is to provide safe, affordable housing for the low income and moderate income residents of Ramsey, Cavalier, Nelson, Griggs and Steele Counties and to promote the economic self-sufficiency of families being served in an environment without discrimination.
NCHA administers Section 8 Vouchers and Public Housing in Towner County.
Public Housing or Housing Assistance Programs are filled from a waiting list that runs from several months to four years, depending on the need, due to a regional housing crunch.
