Provides property tax credits to qualified senior citizens and disabled persons, as well as rent refunds to qualified renters. For further information, go to www.nd.gov/tax. This program has a yearly application requirement. Individuals must be 65 or older, and/or 100% totally and permanently disabled and meet the eligibility criteria. It is the duty of the Tax Equalization Department to ensure uniform assessment of all property in Dickey County, oversee all activities of the Office of Tax Equalization, and to provide guidance and information to government officials, assessors, and the general public.
