Dakota Center for Independent Living supports individuals with disabilities in living independently in the community. Core services provided are: Information and Referral, Individual and Systems Advocacy, Independent Living Skills Training, Peer Mentoring and Transition Services (Youth Transitions and Institutional Diversion and Transition). Other services include but are not limited to Technical Assistance for ADA Assessments for private and public settings. The Dakota Center for Independent Living, Inc. provides services to people with disabilities residing in the following counties of North Dakota: Emmons, Burleigh, Kidder, Sheridan, McLean, Oliver, Morton, Grant, Sioux, Adams, Hettinger, Stark, Mercer, Dunn, Billings, Golden Valley, Slope and Bowman.
