The Michigan Food Pantry is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to Noon. Market Express: Grocery shopping and delivery service made available to Grand Forks residents who are low-income, elderly and/or have a disability. This is a free service to seniors in the community and is run by volunteers.
Red River Valley also services as an outreach site for Legal Services of North Dakota.
