WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) provides federal grants to states for supplemental food, health care referral, and nutrition education for low income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. Lake Region WIC programs covers the counties of Ramsey, Benson, Eddy, Pierce, Wells,Foster and Towner. Devils Lake is open from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday - Friday most days Cando is open the 4th Tuesday bi-monthly Rugby is open the 1st Thursday monthly New Rockford is open the 4th Wednesday bi-monthly Harvey is open the 2nd Tuesday monthly Carrington is open the 1st and 2nd Thursday each month.
