This is a socialization club for older individuals. Frozen Meals are served at the cafe across the street on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday under contract with Minot Commission on Aging. Health Maintenance is offered ivvery other month through Minot First District Health Unit. Please call for more information and a schedule.
