Burleigh County Housing Authority is an Equal Housing Opportunity Agency. Provides housing assistance, through the Housing Choice Voucher Program and public housing through BCHA owned units to low and very low income families, including the handicapped, disabled, elderly, displaced, those needing medical services unique to the Bismarck area, those attending institutions of higher education, and the homeless. Housing is all permanent, there is no transitional housing.
